Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Vibe Markets, a mobile application provided by KA Strategic Ventures. By using Vibe Markets, you agree to these terms.

1. App purpose

Vibe Markets provides market summaries, sentiment indicators, watchlist tools, market data views, and related informational content. The app is intended for general informational and educational purposes only.

2. No financial advice

Vibe Markets does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice. Content in the app should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, cryptocurrency, derivative, or other financial instrument. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

3. Market data and content

Market data, news, summaries, and sentiment indicators may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. KA Strategic Ventures does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any information shown in the app.

4. App Store subscriptions

Vibe Markets may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including Vibe Markets Plus. The subscription title, duration, price, trial terms if any, and included features are shown in the app before purchase and may also be shown in the App Store purchase sheet.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Apple handles App Store billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests under Apple's terms and policies. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

5. Apple EULA

For the iOS app, your use of Vibe Markets is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple's standard terms for App Store apps, Apple's terms apply to the extent required by Apple. Apple's standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the app in violation of applicable law.

7. Third-party services

The app may rely on third-party services for data, infrastructure, subscriptions, analytics, or links to external content. KA Strategic Ventures is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or service availability.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Vibe Markets is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KA Strategic Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to investment decisions, trading activity, data errors, service interruptions, or use of the app.

10. Privacy

Your use of Vibe Markets is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

KA Strategic Ventures may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
